What I've been up to.. talking to the BBC

After all my comments about people in the media in the main article, I didn't pass up the chance to have screen-test with the BBC for a new daytime TV show. In fact, I even threw a suit on to look the part of the property expert, rather than my usual blend in and functional jeans and T shirt !

They're looking to run a show for people who want to sell their house without using an estate agent, so were looking for people who could help them.

Whilst I haven't sold a house that way, I've bought plenty of houses and also make an ugly house pretty, so am well placed to help them get their house sold.
I'll keep you posted.

15 minutes of fame

Was it Andy Warhol who said that everyone has their 15 minutes of fame, well I've just had my 15 seconds !

A friend just called to say that they saw me on "Homes under the hammer", as I was I was sat in front of someone bidding at a property auction.

I do hope the shine off my forehead didn't give the camerman too many problems !
