Some of you may know that I offer a private investors scheme as an alternative to sourcing property.
This suits people who have cash sat in a bank account, who want a better return on their money, but don't want the hassle of owning a property, want their money back at a fixed point in the future, or don't have a large enough pot to buy a house.
I use the money to buy property in my name, which I refurbish and refinance then release the cash to repay the loan, with interest being paid monthly to a bank account of your choice.
All of this is documented in a four page document, which we both sign to show that we agree on the terms.
The interest rate depends on the term and amount of the loan, from minimum of 13% to 16%.
